After many months of development we are pleased to offer the latest version of swissart – the Swiss Art Portal.
swissart has been online since 1996 and since its inception, swissart has been dedicated to being a comprehensive, up-to-date and open art portal serving the Swiss art scene with the goal of being a useful resource for our visitors and an effective Internet platform for our members.
With the ever increasing expansion of Internet, powerful search engines and social networks, a centralized portal dedicated to the arts in Switzerland becomes even more important for Internet users to “find” and “be found” on the Internet.
The newest version of swissart had addressed this issue by expanding the visibility options of our members and advertisers as well as enhancing the navigational aspects leading the user to easily find Swiss art artists, organizations, businesses and events.
If you are professionally involved in the visual arts in Switzerland - artist, gallery, museum, event, business or organization - and you are not yet listed on swissart, please contact us and we will add you to the swissart Guide and/or to swissart Agenda at no cost.
